RSVSR GTA Online What Budget Vehicles New Players Need
Starting out in Los Santos is a total headache when you're broke. You're walking around on foot while everyone else is flying by in jets or supercars that cost more than a mansion. Some players just skip the grind by looking for GTA 5 Modded Accounts to get a head start, but if you're doing it the hard way, you've gotta be smart with your cash. I spent way too much time struggling before I realized the Karin Sultan is actually a beast. It's sitting right there on the street for free if you can find it, or dirt cheap online. It handles the city streets like a dream and you can eventually turn it into a top-tier rally car once you've got the funds. It's the perfect starter for anyone who doesn't want to go broke in the first hour.
Quick rides that won't break the bank
If you need pure speed, you can't ignore the Elegy RH8. If you've signed up for the Social Club, it's usually free, which is a massive win for your wallet. It's got the grip and top speed to actually compete in races without spinning out every five seconds. Then there's the Bati 801 motorcycle. It's probably the best value in the whole game. For a few thousand bucks, you get a bike that can outrun almost anything on the highway. I use it for time trials all the time because it weaves through traffic so easily. It's way better to have a fast bike and a solid car than one expensive ride that you can't even afford to upgrade.
Armor is your best friend
You're gonna get shot at a lot in this game. That's why you need some protection early on. The Duke O'Death is a literal tank that you can often grab for free if you're a returning player. It's heavy, hits like a truck, and can take a few explosions before it gives up. But the real king of the early game is the Armored Kuruma. You'll need to finish the first heist to unlock it, but it's worth every penny. The windows are basically bulletproof, meaning you can sit inside and pick off NPCs during missions without taking a scratch. It makes grinding contact missions so much faster because you aren't constantly staring at a death screen.
Build your garage the right way
The biggest mistake I see is people blowing their first million on a flashy supercar that has zero utility. Don't do that. You want to follow a simple order: 1. Get an armored car for missions. 2. Grab a fast bike for traveling. 3. Look into something like the Banshee for fun. It's way better to have a fully upgraded cheap car than a stock expensive one that handles like a boat. If you're tired of the slow climb, you might decide to buy GTA 5 Accounts to get right to the good stuff, but even then, knowing which cars actually work is key. Just focus on what keeps you alive and moving fast, and the money will start piling up before you know it.
