Look for the ground-floor area labeled Control Room B3, which is situated right next to a massive ramp. Approach the broken terminal mounted on the wall, interact with it, and your character will automatically consume the Electrical Component you brought along to complete the repair work.

Objective 2: Enable the Sandbox Power

• Location: Conduit Backrooms / Control Room A3 (northeast side of Robotic Sandbox A).

• What to do: For this next step, drop all the way down to the ground level of the main sandbox area. You are looking for an alcove entrance clearly labeled Control Room A3, which sits just to the right of a heavy, battery-powered door. Slip inside this room and look at the right-hand wall—you will see a large power switch lever. Walk up and flip it to restore power. This step doesn't require any inventory items at all, so just pull the lever and you are good to move on.

Objective 3: Boot the Main Data Terminal

• Location: Cultural Archives Service Backrooms (far eastern side of the Stella Montis map).

• What to do: The final piece of the puzzle takes you across layers to the Cultural Archives POI. Keep your eyes peeled and move cautiously here, as aggressive ARC units love to patrol this area. Head into the easternmost side of the facility to locate the server rooms. From there, slip through the inner security door into a small service backroom cluttered with filing cabinets and server racks. Right there in the room, you will find the mainframe console desk. Interact with it to boot the terminal back online.
